  1. Hi Dave- this is an impressive map and blog you've put together; well done! Thank you for taking the time to do this and also document all the different ones around the UK. We have a monkey puzzle tree which is showing signs of ageing and not sure what to do - do you have an email I could contact you on? Would be great to hear your views.

      Thanks for your kind comments. Unfortunately my knowledge of Monkey Puzzle tree health is very limited indeed, I can spot a tree that is lacking water and that's about it.

      No worries at all - ours has been in a bit of sad state for a few years and is in our front garden. You've actually got it mapped above! It gets quite scary when we get high speed winds as the majority of the tree is now brown with the lower branches falling off - concerned because of how close it is to the house as well as neighbours expensive cars!

      Thank you again for your amazing work documenting a lot of monkey puzzle trees around the UK, it truly is magnificent and something that will be around much after all of us!
